Carmela's Bakehouse Sourdough Pretzel Croissant
3oz Black Forest Ham - Sliced Thin - NOT SHAVED
1-2 Slices Muenster or Gouda Cheese
Brown Mustard - Optional
Preheat Oven to 350
Slice the croissant lengthwise to open for a sandwich
Place 3oz of Black Forest Ham on the bottom layer of the pretzel croissant. Fold the slices over to cover the entire surface. Top with slices of cheese letting some of the corners hang over the meat to the outside
Place sandwiches on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet and place them in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and gooey.
Remove sandwiches from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before eating.
Sandwiches can also be prepared without baking. Try adding a little brown mustard !
